1. Download the plugin
Sign in to your account and open the Account page. Your license key and the plugin download sit at the top.
Download baselook-geo.zip. Don't unzip it — WordPress wants the archive as-is.
2. Upload and activate
In WordPress, go to Plugins → Add New Plugin → Upload Plugin.
Choose baselook-geo.zip, click Install Now, then Activate Plugin.
A new Baselook item appears in the left admin menu.
3. Activate your license
Open Baselook → License and paste the key from your account page.
Click Activate. The status badge turns active and shows your renewal date.
One key covers one production site plus its staging copy.
4. Configure
Under Baselook → Settings, set your organization name, primary topic and canonical domain. These become the root entities in the graph.
Choose which post types to include. Most sites want pages, posts and products.
Enable the engine profiles you care about — all six are on by default.
Save. Baselook writes llms.txt, llms-full.txt and the crawler rules on the first save.
5. Verify
Visit yourdomain.com/llms.txt — you should see a structured map of your site.
Check yourdomain.com/robots.txt for the AI crawler directives block.
Run Baselook → Audit for a page-by-page answer-readiness score, and work the flagged pages top down.
Troubleshooting
llms.txt returns 404 — flush permalinks under Settings → Permalinks, then reload.
License won't activate — confirm the key has no trailing space and that the site URL matches the one on your account.
Duplicate schema warnings — under Settings → Compatibility, let your existing SEO plugin own the conflicting types.
